Service Description

Are you having a party for your employees? Show them your appreciation with our awesome ice cream and treats! We start the plans at 2 hours, but can adjust based on your needs. Included in the price is the travel, the full hour of our services and the ice cream served($150 credit towards what your employees purchases). If you need more time for your event, you can add on more time and we can invoice the servings above your credits if needed. Each additional hour is $50/hour and includes $30 of credits. For example: If you book Blue Barn Scoops at the event for 2 hours, the cost would be $250 to book, and you would get $150 towards employee purchases. If your guests purchase $250 dollars of ice cream, nachos floats or product from us at the event, we would bill you for the remaining $100. The $250 spent-$150 credit in the booking reservation. The $100 dollars in this scenario for transportation and time is not part of the credit or refundable. *If the credit is not used, it is not refunded.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please notify us at least 7 days in advance as we will need to purchase supplies and ice cream for your event. This allows us to plan. Cancellations under 7 days will not be refunded the deposit.
