Wedding/Private Party(Approx 50 Guests)

Service Description

Your guests will remember your reception when they see they will get our amazing ice cream as their desert! We show up for the party and stay as long as requested. Included in the price is the travel(within 30 miles), two hours of our services and the ice cream served($150 credit towards what your guests purchase, approx 50 guests). If you need more time for your special day, you can add on more time and we can invoice the servings above your credits if needed. Each additional hour is $50/hour and includes $30 of credits. For example: If you book Blue Barn Scoops at the event for 2 hours, the cost would be $250 to book, and you would get $150 towards guest purchases. If your guest purchase $250 dollars of ice cream, nachos floats or product from us at the event, we would bill you for the remaining $100. The $250 spent-$150 credit in the booking reservation. The remaining $150 dollars in this scenario for transportation, setup, preparation and time is not part of the credit or refundable. *If the credit is not used, it is not refunded. **All items subject to Wisconsin and County sales tax. ***Trips over 40 miles will have trip charges based on the length of the destination.
