Weddings (Approx 300 Guests)

Service Description

Your guests will remember your reception when they see they will get our amazing ice cream as their desert! We show up for the reception and stay as long as you need us. Included in the price is the travel, the full hour of our services and the ice cream served($800 credit towards what your guests purchase, approx 300 guests). If you need more time for your special day, you can add on more time and we can invoice the servings above your credits if needed. Each additional hour is $50/hour and includes $30 of credits. For example: If you book Blue Barn Scoops at the event for 5 hours, the cost would be $1000 to book, and you would get $800 towards guest purchases. If your guest purchase $1,100 dollars of ice cream, nachos floats or product from us at the event, we would bill you for the remaining $300. The $1,100 spent-$300 credit in the booking reservation. The $200 dollars in this scenario for transportation and time is not part of the credit or refundable. *If the credit is not used, it is not refunded.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please notify us at least 7 days in advance as we will need to purchase supplies and ice cream for your event. This allows us to plan. Cancellations under 7 days will not be refunded the deposit.
